Re: My Alpina Roadster S (supercharger conversion @ ESS)
Hey Femme,
Amazing project!!!! I am doing some mods to my 3.0si coupe, but not even close to your scale and budget. I fitted an M grill and trimmed out the right side of the rear bumper for that dual exhaust look. Also fitted the M front bumper. I will post pics when it is finished. what type of side skirts are those? they are sweet!

I just read through the thread (again!) and i have to say that this is one of the best looking Z4's i have ever seen. Tasteful modifications and excellent work from your garage. I do wonder what happened though. Any updates on this at all?

After many months of hard work I'm finally launching the Alpina Roadster S Supercharged project site. The site contains full descriptions and photo galleries of all mods on my car and features a video we shot on location in Norway after collecting the car at ESS Tuning. Check it out at http://modgarage.net/project/alpina .
Here are some pictures from last year (Tekarbon angel eyes were fitted about a year ago):

Nice!
Looking at your site I noticed you have the RHS exhaust just piped across from the RHS backbox. do you have any unequal smoke issues where one side has more smoke than the other?

I've never seen the inside of the rear silencer so I don't know how the exhaust flow is directed to the side pipe. On the outside it looks about the same (cold start in the winter). There's also an equal amount of carbon deposits on the inside of the exhaust tips.peddy wrote:Nice!

That is truely amazing
With the seats retrimmed in leather they remind me of the ones in the Audi Rs4.

Finally had a chance to sit down and enjoy that video. If it looks good in photos, it looks f***ing awesome on the move. Needless to say the video is excellently made and i especially like the soundtrack, one of my favourite songs. Do you do film editing/producing for a living? This definitely looks professional. If there is a tiny teeny little thing i'd like to add to that video would be more engine note.
Even so, well done on creating such a wonderful car and on producing such a magnificent film and website.
