The shafts of the LHD and RHD cars are slightly different. If you are doing a hydraulic conversion, you can convert your existing intermediate shaft to fit. viewtopic.php?p=2005408#p2005408

What Raymond says is the best option as getting hold of a Z4M shaft is pretty much impossible.

I have one, might be tempted to part with it, as I'm probably never going to find the time to do a hydraulic steering conversion on my 3.0si.
