I don't think ANYONE who buys these cars is planning on driving them, ever. Maybe a cameo at the RS Owner's Club Xmas do once a year, delivered on a flatbed.

Bought either by a wealthy 'collector', or as a hopeful investment (especially the Escort Cossie with virtually delivery miles).

That's always the problem if you bought it you wouldn't enjoy it with the mileage and condition. Think I'd rather buy something new and get the full use out of it.
