Shifting issue?
When car in automatic mode, 1st and second shift fine when get on accelerator, once in 3rd and above, car will not accelerate and the traction control light flashes, but if I turn off traction control car will accelerate fine with no hesitation all they way through gears, no issues. If i put in manual mode first second accelerate fine once, once get to third will not accelerate, when traction control is on. Any thoughts, is there a module that controls all the speed sensors?

Could be the steering angle sensor out of calibration too, as that links with the DSC.
Have you had any tracking done lately ?

I had something similar on my old E90, turned out to be ABS sensor. I think codes will tell you for sure though.
If you turn off the traction control does that help?

Traction control off works great, only codes right now is lean bank 1 and lean bank 2. Prior to this I did get a torque converter code. But since driving with traction control off no code
