i can see a lot of these conversions happening in 24, as said before this now makes the NAV cars once again a fantastic option and not the undesirable option it became! ill get one ordered up in the new year and document the install.

Absolutely! I will be getting this sorted next year, small issue is i have a 6 month old and im in Manchester so logistics is the issue but im very excited about this!

I have a 2017 mini clubman JCW and which has wireless CarPlay hardware but wasn’t activated from the dealer, i bought an activation key before Christmas took no time to sort and has completely changed the use of the car! Also has SharePlay too which is great when the baby is being a bit moany! It’s so so good! Literally difference between wanting to change it and keep it.

Very excited for this in the Z, would like to see what the reverse camera looks like on the car because that would be useful too

admittedly im kinda waiting for someone to be the guinea pig on how difficult it is to get working, the electrics side of things is NOT my forte at all.

As soon as someone comes for the upgrade, I will document everything, for those who want to install it themselves. Although it may vary a little between coupe and convertible.

You would need to add the tv tuner into your car. I can provide the brackets and retrofit cable. More explained in previous pages, or you I have made a dedicated listing for z4 owners on my website.

I would install this in a minute, assuming the kit is ready to go... Just eMailed Carphonics to see if they have an installation manual available for download.
