FOR SALE Z4MR - 43k Miles - Ruby Black + Red Leather + Carbon Dash

Hi all,

Time has come to part ways with my beloved Z4M Roadster so wanted to offer on here before going to the wider market. This is my 2nd Z4MR, came back after a ~6 year gap wanting to get back in drop top motoring, however a growing family means I’m not driving it much at all anymore.

Main details are below, if there’s anything missing that I should include or would help would be buyers please let me know and I’ll update. Car has been in my care since April 2021 and was bought off a forum member who owned it for ~4.5 years I believe.

• 56 plate (September 2006)
• Odometer on 42,900 miles (will go up very slightly as only doing ~1k miles a year just now)
• Ruby black metallic paintwork
• Imola red nappa leather heated and electric seats with memory, matching door cards. Believe the original factory build had phoenix
yellow and black two tone seats however a previous owners retrimmed in matching red leather.
• Carbon leather dash, unmarked condition. Also has some carbon affect on the steering wheel spokes and door pulls.
• Some choice visual additions of OEM aero skirts, rear spoiler, Zunsport lower front grille (can be easily removed for original look), ‘carbon’
wrapped lower bumper and fangs.
• OEM ZHP gear knob.
• Lowered on Eibach Pro spring set (originals will be included in sale)
• Front and rear callipers in black with BMW M sport blue highlights
• Original (and best) style 224M alloys wheels, powder coated in gunmetal grey, no curbing however some have some slight stone chips on
the spokes (see pics).
• Tyres are matching Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres
• BMW professional CD player. Comes with 6 CD changer in armrest, however this is currently disconnected as I fitted a Bluetooth dongle
for music streaming.
• Roof motor relocation to boot and roof drain plugs also removed.
• Roof goes up and down without issue, no leaking, rips or tears. There is a small mark (see pics) on the roof where when stowed, the roof
‘fold’ was making contact with the rear bodywork rubber trim. During the roof motor move also adjusted this to avoid touching. Believe
this is quite common going by forum searches and hasn’t worn through any of the fabric layers.
• Original wind break in perfect condition, no rips, tears or fraying.

• Service history:
• Last oil service Feb 23 at 41,553 miles
• The last major service carried out in Jan21 at 37,234 miles complete with:
• Inspection II with a valve clearance report
• Changing the engine oil, differential oil, and gearbox oil
• Filters, spark plugs, coolant fluid, air-con belt and brake fluid
• Cam cover and spark plug gaskets replaced as part of the inspection of the valve clearances
• Prior service history going bac further:
• December 2018 at 36,812 miles by Sytner Tamworth BMW (Oil service)
• September 2016 at 36,475 miles by AutoBase in Bristol (Inspection II)
• Running-in check completed at 1,070 miles by Sytner Sunningdale
• Bluetooth dongle added (“BlueMusic”) to allow streaming of audio through car speakers, control via steering wheel controls etc.
• Bluetooth hands free calls working (including code for pairing)
• Also have a gaptech module that came with the car, however never fitted
• Original compressor, wheel sealant and tool kit
• Two keys
• New genuine BHA car mats
• All important two working cup holders!
• Passer seat storage under seat.
• Original handbooks, stamped service book (9 stamps, six from BMW dealers including the PDI, and 3 from independent BMW specialists).
• Folder of previous maintenance invoices.

Paintwork is generally in excellent condition, although not flawless given its ~17 years old. Some very small stone chips on the bonnet. Windscreen in great condition, no chips, cracks or marks.

Car came with Remus back box system installed however swapped back to original during my ownership. Tips could probably do with a cosmetic polish up however sound otherwise.

After looking at the options on AutoTrader, price wise looking for offers near £17,250 which I believe reflects the lower milage, great condition and colour combination. I’m in no rush to sell, however open to sensible offers.

Based in Aberdeen, can arrange to collect anyone travelling up from airport / train station.

• MOT booked in for 13th Nov

• After MOT, car will be taken off the road for winter, so milage will stay around 43k for the foreseeable

• Price reduced to £17,250
