Delighted with the car, even if the closure of the M5 meant too much traffic to properly enjoy the drive home.

This one will be staying :D

It is truly-alpina-blue

That looks nice, great colour too! I know somewhere where you can get a nice set of carbon fibre dash trims for it
I was getting very tempted by those, had I been keeping the Si, as they look great 👍

I don’t think I’ll be removing the Alpina embossed leather dash trim though.

The darker colours really suit the Alpina
Funnily enough Alan and I were talking about that earlier this evening.

It’s completely standard except for a gap-tech and Bilstein B12 kit.

Had a lot of preemptive maintenance and also had all the brake lines replaced.

My immediate plans are to get out to a few meets in it and enjoy it, but lights may get updated for the cleaner look
Congratulations mate. Great example...

I would probably ditch the tango hockeys....

Look forward to seeing it soon.

Tomo
Thanks Mate,

It’s passed the Number5 Alpina inspection so all good here

Yes, I may try and locate some non-tangos

Alan’s a top bloke, looked in the boot and immediately said ‘that’s a duck lake view roof motor!’ 🤣

Thank you, I’ve found all manner of non-reasons to need to pop to the garage today just to admire it :sweetheart:

That was a long first trip!
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

    F31 320i. Good car.
    E89 20i Now fully dried
Z3 'free litre'. Project and a half. Complicated!
    Mazda3 sold
Tatty old R56 Mini Cooper. Money pit!
