I couldn't stretch to the WRC motor

Looking forward to the change.
Tim.
Many thanks, The wait was around 12 months
It's going to be a bit different from my Kona but I've been pleased with it, hasn't missed a beat. I don't think I've ever seen an i30 or i20N on the road so they're not too common.Pondrew wrote: ↑Mon Jul 31, 2023 8:11 pm The 'N' Hyundais are a riot! I test drove an i30N when I was looking recently. Great little cars.
The only reason I went for the 'transformer' Type-R was for the same sort of money, I could get a 'completely nuts' car. That and a bit of badge snobbery.![]()
I hope you have a dealership within walking distance, Tim! You don't want those miles racking up!![]()

Thanks Sars, yes I did it was the 2.0 L mid spec , Exclusive Line I think it was. Lovely car, I couldn't help but compare it to my old Z3 which I guess was natural to do. For me it was just that little bit too small as an everyday car which was what I was expecting in reality, certainly felt a fair bit smaller than the Z3, I still liked it very much though. Ride is better than the i20N but felt overall the i20N as a performance orientated car simply drove better and for the money better specced, tech etc bar the roof
IME Brembo brakes don't stop any better, they just look like they should/do from the outside! More show than go (or stop)!
I don't think I've ever had a car with them on but I have been disapointed with BBS alloys in the past as they seem to corrode too easily condidering the maker. They were standard fitment on Z3s at one point.
