Gearbox and diff plugs
Could anybody advise me on where I can purchase the differential plugs or washers and the same for the gearbox. I'm going to be changing the oil in both and would rather have the new bits on standby. It's a 2003 2.5i, many thanks.

Might be worth a look first - all of mine - 2 diffs and a gearbox, have been in pretty good condition and the gearbox (manual) one is pretty well protected.

The diff fill plug uses a rubber seal (not a crush washer) so is fine to reuse while the rubber is still soft.

My 2003 2.5 gearbox filler plug is a taper plug no sealing washer, drain plug has alloy flat washer. Diff filler and drain have flat alloy washers. Mine had turned to lace so we're replaced with copper flat sealing washers.
