It certainly doesn’t sound like it needs a lot of work, but there’s very little service history detailed other than a valve cover gasket 7 years ago and a service in 2021.

I know ‘Bonhams’ is just being used to give these auctions an air of prestige and this is not a proper Bonhams sale, but you’d hope somebody would pay a bit of attention to the blurb and not trot out lots of irrelevant drivel and inaccuracies…

Not a very accurate description at all. :(

But with just 3 hours to go it has met it's reserve at £10K, but is still some way below the estimate.

Could be a bargain for someone brave/lucky!

The same car is up on eBay now... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/166135334636 no mention of any service history. I wonder if someone purchased to make a profit (no issue) or if it was bought privately and there are issues. Anyone know the car?

    Not exactly a great advert either - would expect more detail than given
