That's the thing. The 'genuine' BMW badges are no better quality than the cheapos, just much more money.
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

F31 320i. Good car.
E89 20i Now fully dried
Z3 'free litre'. Project and a half. Complicated!
Mazda3 sold
Tatty old R56 Mini Cooper. Money pit!

This is still more expensive than the set I got, despite I just use the 4*wheel caps not the front and rear badge.
I got the whole set (2 badges, 4 wheel cap, plus 1 free steering wheel badge) for about £5 if convert the currency.

I think it fits as tight as the badges came with the car from factory.

I bought it from TaoBao. It's one of sub-brand of Alibaba, who also owns the Ali Express. The Taobao focus on chinese market whereas the Ali Express focus on global market. But the price difference is quite big. So, unless you know anyone in china, I doubt you can get it from Taobao here. But anyway, below are some of the links I found from various venders but the badges are basically the same:

For those of you that have got there own badges and fitted them themselves.

The steering wheel one is a self adhesive badge, do you remove the original? if so how.? Or do you just stick the replacement over the top .?

Ive got a full set of badges off ali express, [they came in about 5 days, but not from china, posted from Manchester].... And fitted all but the steering wheel one.

The boot and bonnet badges were tough to remove, they were not stuck on ,just held on with 2 pins. But after a bit of fiddling i managed it. Although the original boot badge is now damaged beyond repair. Just watched a few of the youtube how to vids...

Have a try as it's cheap. However, I don't bother to put mine on.

I bought a set of eBay knockoffs for Peppermint. Took awhile to arrive (~2 weeks China to US West Coast). They look great on the car, but I need to figure out how to replace the steering wheel badge, still.
