I am only planning to keep the car until March 2022 so don’t want to go too expensive. I like the look of these https://www.wheelbasealloys.com/alloy-w ... bmw/z4/e89 would I be able to swap my current tyres over to the new alloys?
I'm selling a full set of 326M, no cracks or repairs. Advertised on the Forum.
Z3 rare 2L Straight 6. Should have kept it!
E85 3.0Si sold back in 2014. Should have kept it!

I really like the wheels, but not convinced on my car - very different to the 5 spoke 325m’s

How do you find cleaning the part behind the spokes where it meets the rim?
My new car has this type of design and it's proving difficult to get anything in there to keep it clean.
Not going to be able to report on long term cleaning difficulties with these as I have sold them…. Very, very nice wheels but just not quite right on my car for me.

I’m liking the look of the Apex Arc 8 copies from Strom, the Veemann VSF25’s or possibly a five spoke option as the E89 does seem to suit 5 spoke wheel styles.

Well I finally ditched the RFTs and also got some new wheels, Veeman V-FS33s and Conti Sport 7s.

Went to BM Autosport - the folks there were really good - knowledgable, friendly and easy to do business with. Recommend.

Really pleased with the look and the ride quality is oh soooo much better :D

I can attest that the Contis are good in the wet, it rained all day, so no chance to get the roof down :headbang:

Thanks Andy, want to be sure before buying 10mm spacers for the front and replacing the tires.

They were cheap and in virtually unmarked condition, so thought they’d be a temporary fix that I could move on if needed

Temporary 401’s off (and in the classifieds), my favourite so far; Genuine Style 641M M3 winters in 19” staggered

Need to sort the tires, as square winter 255/35/19, but really liking the OEM+ look.

Look better in the metal than in the pics.

After much deliberation, we have stayed with the OEM 19” 326’s and have had them refurbished by Wheel Genie (Huntingdon) in shadow chrome. The Bridgestone RFT has gone and replaced with Continental SC 7’s. still on 225/35 and 255/30 profiles. A world of difference though.

The ‘jubilee’ picture was taken before the rims were refurbished, so are slightly lighter. Someone previously had attempted to give her a shadow chrome finish but to be honest the quality of finish is night and day. And I only started considering a refurb to try to match a stock replacement rear wheel (those dreaded cracking issues).

Great to see that different options people have taken on h wheels. It does ensure each Zed has its own distinct look.

And the best - in strength (i.e. no cracks), size (18" - not boy racer & uncomfortable 19s) and easy-to-cleanness (so my Romanians tell me) - in this thread.
