Hi there. Just tried to get my wheel laser aligned but the garage found my track arms are seized so I am thinking to just replace them with an upgraded set. Does anyone have recommendations?

If your car is an E89 then Meyle HD arms are very good and a noticeable improvement..note these are the HD version

Will definitely benefit from Meyle HD track rod ends..

If the track rods are in poor condition likely on a 35i that other suspension bushes are shot ‘ on their way out..

Another bad BMW design, track rod ends, specifically having a slot along the thread, which causes the the thread to rust.
Every other car i worked on has a nut on the shaft, thus sort of protecting the thread, all being inside the rod end.
I had to resort to using a Dremel to cut track rod off.

I’ve not fitted mine as I’ve decided to retain the stock MSport ride height..
