AP’s….red or polished, opinions

AP's should be red IMHO.
But are you sure that six piston set-up is going to be 'man' enough for your 1300kg car? Seems a bit light to me. :poke: :poke:
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

F31 320i. Good car.
E89 20i Now fully dried
Z3 'free litre'. Project and a half. Complicated!
Mazda3 sold
Tatty old R56 Mini Cooper. Money pit!

I think red on a red car is too much. Look great as they are but black would look good too. I’d paint the lettering though…
Z4less :?

Love these AP calipers - would love them in yellow on my Z4MR (interlagos blue.) Did you buy direct from AP?

Always think AP calipers look best in grey with yellow logo

They're my old ones aren't they John?
Interesting you mention needing rears, I could be tempted to sell mine as I would like to upgrade at some point to the CP-9449 to match my front 9660s, but it's not great timing as I've just fitted brand new oe discs and RSL-29 pads which won't work with the new calipers (pad shape is different and disc size up to 355mm). Anyway drop me a line if you like, perhaps we can work something out.

Stick with the raw finish and do something cool with the lettering. i checked the pricing on a new AP racing BBK front and rear for the z4m today and its a eye watering £5120 quid! awesome setup however.
