New Dutchman

Post by GervanW » Mon Jan 30, 2023 9:57 pm

Hi you all,
I’m new here, since 4 years owner of a 2004 Z4, 3.0i.
My previous ‘hobbycar’ was a 1979 MGB, but the lack of comfort and the lack of speed made us decide to choose for this beauty…
We live in the south of the Netherlands, near the Belgium (Ardennes) and German (Eifel) borders.

Hi and welcome to the forum from an ex MGB owner myself. You have a lovely looking car
Now, Sterling grey Z4 2.2 with cup holders, stubby aerial and sport seats. Roadsters ‘cause they’re great with the roof down.
Ford Anglia, Red Sprite, a few MG midgets, MGB Roadster and yellow Ford Capri, all gone many years now.

That’s correct, it is near Gulpen, where the “Hillcountry” starts. It is, in fact, the beginning of the Ardennes.
