Hope your day is going well. I need to do an engine change on my E85 2.0L. Unfortunately, I have been chasing issues with the engine for a while and have decided that since the problems are getting worse, it would be better to change the engine and start fresh. I've had quotes for a garage to do it but I'd really love the experience of doing it myself if possible.
I will be doing a straight swap, N46 for N46. The problem is I'm struggling to find videos or anything about how to do this. I'm far from a professional but I've seen plenty of people take engines out online and have got the general idea of the process of doing it. Has anyone else done this or perhaps can point me in the direction of some examples so I could get more specific details for this job? If you know of a good video doing this on an N46, I'll love you forever!
