Well if it is the secondary cats everyone on here seems to go on about removing them anyway so can’t it just be straight piped?

I'm as intrigued as everyone else as to how they were removed....?
I think even a pair of tick-ayz-pigshit pikeys would think twice before tackling a zed, unless it was conveniently already up on a lift somewhere.
Do tell.

Cut them out with electric saws and girders it takes like 60 seconds, very common with scumbags stealing them unfortunately and most get away with it too!
Quick as that on a 4x4 with plenty of clearance underneath.

Just as quick on a normal car too, it takes seconds to jack a car up, these guys are quicker than any mechanic i know!

As a few have said on here though, the primary cats are on the manifold pipes and pretty out of the way. OP - do you mean the centre secondary cat?

I have seen them remove a cat from a Honda Jazz in the middle of the day
Drive past look to see the way out/getaway
2 or 3 people out of a car with light weight trolly jacks in their hands ready car up, 1 under with battery saw and or battery grinder 2 cuts and away jack men are also the look outs

Done it the time it takes for me to type it up

I havent checked this out just thinking out loud really.
Or an aftermarket system. I saw a lovely new stainless steel one in Joycey’s garage a while ago which he said only cost a few (maybe even a couple of) hundred quid and he knows his onions.
Good memory, yeah fitted a few of these. lovely deep burble.

Nothing at all, the deepness to the exhaust seems to be at the lower speeds and rev's. Noise tailors off at the mid to high revs.

The best thing to do here is leave your car jacked up with all Cats removed.

Opportunist criminals will be able to see your car has no Cats and will move on.

Leave nothing on show, parcel shelf open, and glove box open so they can see nothing is in either compartment.

Consider leaving the doors unlocked so they do not try to force entry. If they can get into, and see under the vehicle and it contains nothing of value, then nothing will be stolen.
