Don't suppose anyone has found a source for a full set of these for the E89 - bonnet, boot, wings, wheels and steering wheel?

They are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 'M' division.

Unless you have a 2022 'M' car, seems a bit pointless. But ETTO. They are available as rip-offs on eBay for about a quid each. BMW officials are available for much, much more. I've heard of talk of over £200 a set for bonnet, boot and four wheel centres :o
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

F31 320i. Good car.
E89 20i Now fully dried
Z3 'free litre'. Project and a half. Complicated!
Mazda3 sold
Tatty old R56 Mini Cooper. Money pit!

Gwest44,

See the link in my post and you should find the sizes you need.

Do we think they will do a '51st' next year, as the expensive pieces of plastic from this year will be defunct?
    Marketing heaven

The appeal to me is the colour scheme - I reckon the introduction of the red will look well against my Melbourne Red E89.

I know you can get copies of the standard badge where the blue is any colour you want but never been a fan of those.

Most people won't have a clue about the 50 year relevance and the lack of any ///M logo makes it acceptable to me

I like them. Just a bit of personalisation. Paying homage to the M division. Do post some pics on the car if you decide to go ahead.

PS - AND they match my trainers - what's not to like?

Sorry, couldn’t resist. Actually, they are kind of retro cool.

I dropped my car in for a service at Bartletts in Huntingdon this morning and they have some on display… left them with the task of seeing if they have a set to fit our Zed… I think they are rather retro cool. Particularly like the steering wheel centre. I’ll let you know if she comes out with them fitted. A

Each to their own but for me they don’t improve the car and I think will date rapidly.
We choose to go to on with this endeavour at this time and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard…
A very modified Atacama Yellow 35is

The service was great. The badges are not specified as fitting Z4 (altho clearly they will). BMW are limiting their confirmation to keep them ‘special’. TBH I also agree these will date fast, so won’t add to my bonnet.

I may seek out one for the steering wheel only. But I guess I need to take the original off, which may be challenging (as it’s stuck to the airbag)

The ones you find easily online are made to stick on top of your existing badge for that exact reason

May take a punt on this… if it’s tacky (excuse the sticker pun) I can afford to lose it I guess.
