Oil Level Sensor
2006 Z4 3.0si. Whenever it try to check the oil level (thoroughly warm and parked or driving) the indicator bar just keeps scanning across for as long as I leave it, sometimes up to 5 minutes but never reports anything. Do I need a new sensor probe for the oil pan or something else. There are no error codes related to this with OBD scanner. I change my own oil but would like to have this work properly.
