Someone on here compiled a database and it looks like only 49 PY Coupes were registered in the UK.

Yes, you'll probably need to be patient and prepared to travel!

It covers 3.0Si and M models so click on the appropriate tab at the top left then the UK on the map, then you can choose colour, transmission, etc. further down.

I follow the Z4 Coupe market regularly, this year I have seen two come up, one on eBay and Facebook market place, so be patient, but it will be worth the wait

That data base information looks interesting. Montego blue for me , fortunately quite a popular colour.

Lew, I have been looking for nigh on two years, when they do come up they tend to command a premium price and seem to sell quickly regardless of condition. I think the facebook one was on at £14k sensible miles and seemed decent, but still a high price, I got to the point of buying a silver car and doing a quality respray, though it is never as good as original colour. Seem to be more roadsters in phoenix.
