I don't have sound on my PC but that whole reveal at the start looks fake IMHO. The car is too clean and the engine bay is spotless.

I do like an '80s 535, though (E28?). :thumbsup:
I used to know someone who had a 1986 M535i. I thought it was the dog's!
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

Looked genuine enough to me. :thumbsup: Also have no sound. :wink: My Aunty Mary had one. Don't remember the rear screen louvers though, so perhaps a lesser variant

What I found a little strange is the owner seemed attached to the car but why keep it locked away for over 30 years and then suddenly decide its time to get it out the garage. Just seemed a little odd.

It was in pretty clean condition considering the time spent in the garage, must have been the mattress on the roof :)

The screen louvres I think we're for hotter climes to shade the interior as it was from South Africa.
