I'm sorry, but I find these displays a complete waste of precious fuel and money. How many homeless could be sheltered with the money wasted here.
I don't care what you say, I won't agree with your view. :x

He has a point
Now, Sterling grey Z4 2.2 with cup holders, stubby aerial and sport seats. Roadsters ‘cause they’re great with the roof down.
Ford Anglia, Red Sprite, a few MG midgets, MGB Roadster and yellow Ford Capri, all gone many years now.

When the next war breaks out (and history says it will) and the air force is untrained, unskilled and undermanned, maybe the homeless could jump into a Typhoon and defend the borders in a national emergency.....how hard could it be? Most nations have it's own display units, it's good for training, discipline and public pride, and you're paying for them regardless of whether they fly or not.....and it's a bit pointless having an air force that doesn't know how to fly in combat situations.
I lived close to the airbase at Manston in the 60's and watched them practice just about every week over the local fields. Very impressive pilots.

Just had them display at Eastbourne Airbourne for four days. Watched the first two days before the neighbour asked why there are only seven planes. A bit of digging revealed a few interesting things. How very non RAF.

Yes, 'The Times' reported that more than 40 personnel, including young female recruits, had provided 250 hours of evidence to an inquiry that began this year, describing the aerobatic display team as “toxic”.
