How can I post video? It says wrong format mp4?

I'm trying to post video of car smoking but it won't let me. Thank you so much in advance for your help. It says it is wrong format. Mp4

I think this forum only supports videos via other external hosting sites such as YouTube..

I can’t watch this on my iPhone either through Safari or the Google Photos App

I get as far as seeing the red thumbnail of your (?) Red Zed then it just freezes with the loading circle on a loop
