2006 (06) E85 Z4 3.0Si Sport Roadster N52. 96kmls.
JTRP - just joined forum ( my wifes been on for a while).
Bought in 2007, at 5699mls from BMW Chester (1 owner). Serviced by BMW Llandudno & locally.
My wife's car, who is still in love with it, so a reluctant change - age/hips/less miles (also selling Ski gear & Harley for same reason ). I'm p.....d, as I've spent +ÂŁ2k on it in last 2yrs.. Also had to buy a Hybrid runaround as part of Z divorce settlement.......
Titanium Silver Metallic, black Oregano leather, wind defector, front seat heating & comfort pack. 'M' badges on door surround & steering wheel. Sports setting.
4 Ă Yokohama Advan tyres & original wheel refurb, space saver wheel & foam/inflator kit - April 22.
Documented service history.
April 22 MOT.
Last full oil service in April 21 including new discs, pads, sensors, hoses, caliper, track rod end, lens clean & upgraded bulbs. Front suspension bushes and underside weather protection treatment also done.
Known issues:- minor cosmetic issues, some wearing/fading of drivers seat, part mirror surround. Lighter not working/Aux point is. 1 x Boot telescopic arm functioning but loose. Horn just stopped working. Minor body scratches & 1 small shopping trolley dint!
Fully functioning original soft top, which BMW Llandudno say is in great condition.
View vehicle in North Wales (near Pwhelli).
Very, very good condition car for its age.
I'm advised this is a rare vehicle and will stick it on the market in next few weeks. Hopefully a genuine Z lover does the right thing.
ÂŁ8500. What you see, is what you get.

Ideal weekend timing to place an Adâ on here, even more-so with the current sunny weather
If I might be prudent & May I suggest you add numerous photos / images of the outside / inside;
plus a more detailed breakdown of the Full Service History, which youâve mentioned initially - what was done, when, at xxx miles & by who..
Youâll get a lot more interest if you share the above, IMHO
Good luck with the sale..

More effort required as Woollybear suggests.

You mentioned some M badges which suggests it is a Sport model which had the highly sought-after M-Sport seats as standard, so it might be worth checking whether it is a Sport or an SE.
Although interior photos will show which seats it has.
GLWTS anyway.

Thanks for feedback Mr Tidy, I appreciate it
All our BMW docs with the car state it's a Sport (&Si) and it has Si on the side. Mike from Z Shed asked me 4/5 questions about the car, to confirm.
We've given it a clean today and started taking pics and 2 vid's of the start up, dash and roof operation. Rain and Grandkids due, so may be a few days before I get my act together.
Also checked the seats today and all motors and preset memory functions are working. The seats are heated and functioning. From web pics and to a Z4 non specialist, they look like M sport black leather seats to me. I'll make sure I include pics of the seats.
The steering wheel definitely has an M badge, and the SW is not listed as an upgrade/extra. I'll recheck location of any other M badges.
Anyone any ideas what the "comfort pack" extra entailed?

All of the UK facelift 3 litres had the Si engine, but I think there was a lower-powered 3.0i in some markets.
SE and Sport were trim levels with the Sport having M-Sport seats, steering wheel and suspension (that is stiffer and 15mm lower).
Here's a link to a thread showing the difference between "Sport" seats from an SE to "M-Sport" from a Sport model:- viewtopic.php?t=133946
I can't find anything about the Comfort Package but at a guess I think it might be rear parking sensors, cup-holders, cruise control and a few storage nets - happy to be corrected though!

On top of the stated extra's, it has rear parking sensors, 2 x cup holders, 2 x CD disc holder, 2 x mats, drop down central seat storage (+ more CD storage), CD player, 2 x behind seat storage, 2 x heated seats, adjustable headlights, 3 seat memory settings, forward/ back/up/down, recline/knee extender seats, auto tint rear mirror, elec adjust mirrors, 2 x door storage, manual service book cargo net, functioning aux outlet (tyre pump), jack/brace, warning triangle, spare oil,
I'll check cruise control and current dash service interval mileage.
I can't imagine a lower factory setting for the suspension it has. With the new tyre set up (low db & A EU rating), S button & 6 gears, the engine pulls like a train/sounds great and its handling and performance is a smile producer.
The car has not been used in Winter and has been garage stored between Sept & April every year for last 12 yrs. It is garaged for normal use. We use premium (!) petrol in it.
We live at the seaside, so superficial rusting has been treated. The car has been looked after by a local mechanic/garage who is a classic car restorer/collector (who with 1 other, also helps keeps my 911 in mint condition). All mot advisories or comments actioned at 1 of 3 local garages, where I know the mechanics personally. I'm an Engineer by trade on Ship Diesels, so I like looking after things....
Not sure how long the AD will be when I re-write it....

That was not a great introduction to the car, unfortunately immortalised through quotes. Thanks for the though
Some of my favourite bits:
- âwind defectorâ - Almost, but no cigar
- âOregano leatherâ - Maybe a future upgrade for Bartyâs green machine
- âVery, very good condition car for its ageâ⌠âKnown issues:-â hmm
- âHopefully a genuine Z lover does the right thing.â - Indeed. Unfortunately itâs probably not buying your car at ÂŁ8.5k.
- âWhat you see, is what you get.â - WTAF. And on a post without pictures. Actual LOL moment
Apologies for piling in, however, if you sign up here to sell a car (which is fine), you owe it to the community (and yourself) to post a decent ad tailored to the âenthusiastâ crowd. Through light browsing of the site you can see that even seasoned members will get a grilling of their ads on here so I think youâve gotten off lightly so far! My suggestion would be to plagiarise a good example of an ad structure and update for your own carâs details. You can drop the VIN in here to work out the original options on the car: https://www.mdecoder.com/.
As much as Iâd like prices to have held up on SI roadsters, Iâm really struggling to see an ÂŁ8.5k car here based on what youâve written and where youâre located. A not dissimilar SI has been on here at ÂŁ6.5k for a while, however that didnât have the very desirable âOreganoâ leather.

Appreciate your other feedback. Think I know enough from feedback to write a full Ad now/next. Finished the pictures today, so here goes with 10 of 30 (hope you like the one of the Roaster knee's ):-
