Hi, I am looking for a low mileage 2006 - 2008 E85 N52 3.0 si Sport /M roadster in a silver / grey / medium blue btw for reasonable money, happy to get my hands busy on it too if it is basically clean underneath, regularly serviced / frequent oil changes and a non Cat anything....

Going up to Z Fest This coming Sunday 14th August 2022, I don't know if any cars exchange hands from there?

I'm also happy to run shotgun and share petrol if anyone is travelling up via SW London or en route up the M1 / A1 / M40.... I can meet at anyone's home en route if there is parking.

So following on from your post on Zedfest I think you are looking for an E85 3.0Si - which is quite a rare car as it looks like less than 1,000 were registered in the UK based on this database a forum member compiled here:- http://perso.numericable.fr/tonyz4c/

There were two 3.0Si models, SE and Sport but both had the same engine.

Sport models had the highly desirable M-Sport seats, M-Sport suspension 15mm lower so stiffer, M-Sport steering wheel (and in Coupes an anthracite headlining).

But some SE models had one or more of those features as options, either as new or fitted later.

Ay Scott, don’t get confused with the M Roadster, which is a different bag of spanners. Expect to pay twice as much, go faster and have actual (RFL, insurance, fuel) and potential (parts, maintenance) much higher running costs. If you meant it though, you could be looking at an Alpina Roadster as well, which is possibly top of the tree from an exclusivity point of view.

So as my H as I enjoy your ' encouragement' I detect a tad of 'impatience' which has more about you than me. I do look forward to meeting you in person at Zedfest with my new care. Admittedly it is not rhe first csf which I shook hands on to find that the guy decided that £250 was worth breaking a handshake over, and I was most surprised as he was supposedly working for a Social Enterprise Partnership which surprised me as he had shaken hands on a price who He had suggested not me, all of £250 short of his asking price. He then de used to rescind his agreement as he apparently be bothered to get the MOT done, a basic requisite to doing a *condition report*
