There is a dedicated display area for Z Series cars - I just booked and there were 7 places left. But probably only 6 now!

But display bookings need to be made before midday tomorrow so you need to be quick.

Looking forward to seeing how Liam gets on.

It was a great day out. I even managed to get through a full tank of E5, although having the fuel light on before I arrived made the parade laps a but of a squeeky bum moment! And chaos on the M40 before High Wycombe meant it took me over 3 hours to get home, when I got there in under 2 thanks to empty roads and not too many speed cameras.

Really well organised so well done BMW Car Club. But the way it was arranged meant Z4s were in a few places - some in the M Cars area, some in Alpina, one representing one area of the BMWCC and most in the Z area that also had Z1s and Z3s, but sadly no Z8. I didn't spot a Z4MR anywhere either.

But I suppose it did mean non Z owners were morel likely to see one somewhere.

The Mrs and I had a fabulous day. Wall to Wall BMWs, BMW racing and blue skies ! What more could you want ?

I saw two ///M Roadsters in the line up below, which was overspill from the adjacent M-Power section
