Hi,
I've just been fixing the Horn on my E85, and whilst doing the job I have found a pair of wires (green/yellow - green/black) on the passenger side, adjacent to the horn that are not connected. I'm not aware of anything else that's not working, and all other visible components look to be connected OK.
Any Idea what they should be connected to? There are no connectors on the ends, but they don't look damaged either, seems a bit strange to just leave a spare pair of wires doing nothing?
Cheers,
John

Is your external temp displaying correctly on the dash? If not, I guess this will be why. If the display works, then I've no idea...

If it isn't for your outside temperature sensor I think there is another sensor for the heated windscreen washer jets - but you probably wouldn't notice if that was missing!
Coupes because stunning!

Wasn't aware that this existed! Will have another look around to see if I can find if/where it's located.
Thanks

Looking at WDS, the green/black (GN/SW for grün and schwarz) comes from power distribution, connects to a thermal switch (S198), which on cold weather switches the power to left and right washer jet through a green and yellow (GE for gelb) wire. Take a peek under the car, are you missing the S198?

S198 is oem pn 8370747 and should be fairly common and easy to find from breakers.
