I stand corrected How big is the boot on that? if I am not mistaken its based on the Mazda 2 Hatchback which is the same size as a Fiesta which we had before and was nowhere near big enough for our big boy. The Golf has a massive 605 litres boot with seats up. OP sorry for the thread hijack!buzyg wrote: ↑Thu Jul 21, 2022 11:38 pmMine has both. Actually the main reason I have not replaced it. Even after some berk rammed it at a traffic light, about 2mins before I took this pic. Owes me nothing either, after the insurance paid me more than it's worth to keep it.Silverstar wrote: ↑Thu Jul 21, 2022 10:27 pmMazda's don't have the low load height and big boot I need for my very big dog!

It's apparently 1044ltr seats down. 285lts up. When we helped our daughter move house I had a fridge freezer and a washing machine inside and a three piece sweet on the trailer behind. It's basically an old Fiesta Zetec 1.6 sport in a dress. Alas they stopped making the estate back on the newer models, so I'm keeping it until it dies. Currently 120k miles on it.Silverstar wrote: ↑Fri Jul 22, 2022 4:25 pmI stand corrected How big is the boot on that? if I am not mistaken its based on the Mazda 2 Hatchback which is the same size as a Fiesta which we had before and was nowhere near big enough for our big boy. So, having scared myself a little (in a good way) with a 30i that then got bought from under me, I managed to find a 23i which ticks every single item on my must-have and nice-to have list in terms of spec (and goes above and beyond), and it's only the exterior colour that isn't top of my list, which is an easy enough fix...
Hoping to take delivery end of this week or early next week, and will provide pictures then
