Agreed, they're the same as e46 m sport bar the rear Bush (Eccentric on z4m).

Pretty sure I'm going for Powerflex bushes throughout the whole car, except the diff bushes.

Why powerflex? Nothing wrong with using OE bits. Unless of course you track the car.

Wishbone bushes
OEM bushes need a press to fit
Polly bushes are a diy fit (once the old ones are out)
Polly bushes are a little bit more precise
Cost if I remember OEM are a bit more money
The control arm ball joints are only replaceable in a few they changed how they made them, so it is a new control arm
John while you are working near the front pull the gators on the steering rack back and check for any wear or pitting on the rack as it is easier now than after you have put it all back together
If you need a rack Western Power Steering I will post on the results of my rack swop next week

Steering rack is out along with the subframe Paul, rod ends and the steering arms are dust, nothing left of the threads at all. Rams are spotless, new arms, ends easy fit.PDJ wrote: ↑Wed Jul 06, 2022 9:20 pm OEM bushes need a press to fit
