Rimblades and tyre fitting

Post by Spriteracer » Tue Mar 29, 2022 11:33 am

Morning all, a bit of advice please. I'm about to have some wheels refurbed (MV2s) and was wondering about fitting the Rimblade protectors. Do they survive tyre fitting ? or do they need to be replaced each time ? Thanks.

As an update on this, it seems the answer is "sometimes". Also there can be an issue of them chaffing the rim underneath if not fully glued down and water / grit gets in.
