I could say exactly the same about my old one. Don’t think it’s been covered here either.Angelus666 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 06, 2022 11:14 am Find it very strange that no one has bought my old car yet after 6 months of being on the market. It's in great condition and has had a whole chunk of money and maintenance spent on it over the 7 years I had it. If anyone is interested in that car, buy it with confidence.

This garage has a history of sitting on Z4s though so I’m not overly surprised. Shame it’s not being used though

It does look pretty sweet, I would want to get it on a lift and check the under side.Jackamory wrote: ↑Wed Jun 29, 2022 6:02 pm Hi, does anyone have any historic knowledge of this car? Seems fairly clean

Hi everyone, I've often had a read of the forums but never got round to making an account or posting. I was wondering what people think is fair value for a Z4M coupe in the current environment for low/medium/high mileage examples? I appreciate condition/maintenance is as important if not more than the mileage.
This one went unsold on Collecting Cars this week - https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/200 ... 4m-coupe-6 which looked like a nice example (high spec, low mileage, near full main dealer service history etc). Bidding got to £18.5k (or £19610 with fees) which seems very low considering the advertised prices for cars on Auto Trader.

If it went unsold it probably means it did not hit reserve.
Abstinence is fine, in moderation.

At current prices I'm not surprised that one on just 42K miles didn't sell!MasterOfPuppets wrote: ↑Thu Jul 21, 2022 10:16 am This one went unsold on Collecting Cars this week - https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/200 ... 4m-coupe-6 which looked like a nice example (high spec, low mileage, near full main dealer service history etc). I'm always amazed how well these auctions have been doing up until recently.
I don't mind travelling any distance to see a car for sale, but no way for an auction when you only have a chance of buying. Nor would I want to spend on an inspection, for the same reason.
Perhaps the hype over these auctions is starting to die down.

Yes been keeping an eye on AT. Quite like the imola red coupe with CSLs that’s just been reduced in price by £2k to £22,995. Not sure if it’s an ex forum car previously owned by ‘status’.MasterOfPuppets wrote: ↑Sun Jul 24, 2022 10:10 amDown to £23950 now with the same pictures from the CC advert.biZ4rreMids wrote: ↑Fri Jul 22, 2022 12:01 pm A similar specced car as just reappeared on Autotrader for £24,950.

Can't say I've been keeping a close eye on AT... I've been looking at E46s but so many are dogs I decided to take the E86 more seriously. The Imola one does look good, and, being in Bristol it's probably fairly easy to get it inspected by Redish. I'll admit the wide bid/offer spread in the current environment does make me a little nervous though!

No, but at that mileage I'd be budgeting for new rod bearing shells and engine mounts if they haven't been replaced already.
Lovely colour though!
