Who knows who is correct a bit like milk first then tea or tea then milk.  and Devon cream or Cornish cream both different but both yum yum
Yes, both methods tastes different, your choice.
The Devonians said the cream is the butter, and you wouldn’t spread butter over the jam on your toast/crumpet/muffin now would you?
The Cornish said: the cream is the cream, and you wouldn’t put cream under your fruit salad/trifle/fruit tart now would you? :D

I actually prepared some scons for the family today. I put the Jam on first for every one else. Then made mine with the cream on first. True fact. :D
So you are not Cornish then :poke:

Hopefully the weather improves for Sunday.

Unfortunately it shows light showers all day but they can’t seem to predict the weather that far away with much accuracy despite their multi million weather computer at Exeter. :headbang: so here’s hoping.

I thought they had an old bloke and his wife in a little shed on the he roof. Who took it in turns to pop out and take a look.

OK have now booked two booths for Sunday 12:30 at Old police station. That is seating for eight of us. If you are definite and bringing a partner, then please let me know quickly in case we need another.

Morning route should take us around two hours with a photo stop near Gutter tor

After lunch a shorter drive to Buckfast Abbey with a photo stop above Dartmeet.

See original post for maps. viewtopic.php?t=135873

Just need the sun and a lottery win to fill the tank and I'm ready.
