Apex widest front wheel?
Looking for some help, I'm sure this will be the place to ask
Trying to decide which wheels to order for the front of a Z4M. I've had a look at the fitting guide on the Apex website, it seems that a 9" is the maximum width I can have. My car is pretty much standard other than the Eibach springs, and the front camber set as negative as the standard set up allows, with no camber plates.
I'm trying to get as big a concave look as I can, but I'm unable to find a photo of the 9" wheel on a Z4m. Plenty pictures of 9.5" and 10", but no 9" that I can see. So, I have a couple of questions, to those in the know
1. Does the 9" ET30 have a good concave look?
2. If the answer to the above is no, is it possible to fit 9.5" on the current set up I have, or do I need to start making changes?
3. If anyone does have some photos of the 9" wheel, ET30, could you please post it on here for me? Would be very much appreciated.

Apex widest front wheel?
https://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread ... 62&t=87131
This thread might help, can't promise as I've not read it front to back but there's a lot of info from people running all sorts of setups, hopefully it'll help!
EDIT: THIS is the thread I was looking for - https://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=748096
That should hopefully answer your queries!
Just to add again - I've got an 8.5" front running a 245/40 tyre with no rubbing issues and I wish I'd got 9" front as the concave is much better on the 9" and above widths...

What offset are those 9J fronts, and what other suspension mods have you got? Do you get any rubbing on the front at all? Wish mine were 9J fronts!
I'm on 18 x 8.5 ET35 fronts with 245/40 Tyres, with 18 x 10 ET25 rears on 265/40 Tyres, pic below for ref;

What colour are your wheels Ed?
Was going to go for bronze, but I see the hyper black is on offer.
Is the hyper black like shadow chome, that would have been on an E39 M5? Difficult to tell from the sales pic.

Pretty sure mine are the anthracite (I'd have to check the invoices to be sure!). Hyper black is more of a shadow chrome as you say, similar to the old e39 m5 alloys. Lovely finish imo! Bit of me would love mine in bronze on my car, they do look good on black cars!Jellyfishfields wrote: ↑Thu Apr 28, 2022 5:52 pm What colour are your wheels Ed?

The car has H&R coilovers and springs, no rubbing at all on the front and little bit on the rear so I need few more mm of shim for the springs.
