Discs either ATE or BMW genuine, not worth flirting with any other makes on the M IMHO. Pads, well I used to use Performance Friction Z rated which were good for road but sure some others can give you good suggestions on that front.
Z4MR - Gruppe M, Bilstein PSS10, CSL's + 18" CSL reps with semi's, RTAB Limiters, Powerflex’d, PF Camber Arms, K-Sport BBK / RSL-29, GC Camber Plates, Strut Brace, Exhaust valves, custom brake cooling, complete underside refresh!

Discs are quite pricey on the M. One alternative is to have your old discs skimmed. I used a local company, they were brilliant. My fronts were ok but the rears were too far gone. Just getting the fronts skimmed saved me a decent wedge.

Performed friction Z are a great pad.

Performance Friction front disc's are great and much lighter than OEM, however VERY expensive. I just replaced them with OEM Ate's.
