Fuel filter

Post by grannyknot » Tue Apr 05, 2022 11:00 am

The first pic is the fuel filter/regulator from the e46 M3, big, lots of capacity, easy to replace.
Second pic is the fuel filter/regulator for the Z4M, a 1/4 the size of the M3, as difficult as possible to replace.

So did we get the short end of the stick or is the fuel filter for the Z4 one of those designs that never needs replacing?
Thanks.

Supposed to be 'for life' so wouldn't worry about it. Had mine changed at 100k, no difference after and no problems before anyway to be fair!
