New toy for the garage… Nano polisher

Post by True-Blue » Tue Jul 06, 2021 7:12 pm

Bought an SPTA nano polisher from Amazon, basically a copy(ish) of the expensive Rupes one.

Have to say, it’s superb. Only been using it for a couple of hours and already wish I’d bought one years ago.

Very versatile bit of kit, polished my windscreen surround, intricate bumper edges, wing mirrors…. Basically all the bits that a typical dual action polisher is too big and cumbersome to do, or would ‘stall’ on due to curves etc.

Highly recommended, £169 delivered with loads of pads, works in DA or rotary mode

This appears to be a very good polisher at a realistic price. Ideal for the hard to reach areas of a car.

It’s genuinely brilliant, been considering one for ages and thought it was typical internet hype… but it’s fab.

Just done the rear bumper of my TTs with a 1’’ pad. It’s got more than enough umph… I’ll grab a couple of photos while I’m out here!

Yup. I totally concur. I have one and it’s ace for bumpers and tight areas that a larger polisher can’t reach.

Looks good, any chance you could provide a link for the one you bought? Interested in getting one.

It’s out of stock on Amazon currently - if you Google ‘Amazon SPTA mini polisher’ you’ll get the amazon page showing out of stock which you could save and monitor? Alternatively I think there’s an autobrite branded version?

Thanks, that explains why I couldn't find it then 😊

I see there is a rotary only version, I may just go for that.
