It's certainly cheap for an MC at that mileage, but a Cat D in it's first year would suggest it had a fair bit of damage. MOT history is pretty poor too. In 2009 it had an advisory for damage to front subframe and in 2010 for damage to front chassis rail and nearside floor panel then in 2019 and 2021 for corroded rear brake pipes - but it wasn't tested in 2010!
So I'd give it a miss, but if anyone was interested it would certainly need a good going over.
