Five cars would be easier… for now these two will be something.

Question is if the 250 was worth only 100k, would you still want it then over something else?

That Bugatti is beautiful. In a similar style, how about this unique Bentley Petersen Dartmoor Coupe for only £700k:
Z4MC - heavily fettled for track use
Lotus Exige - sensible daily driver on the mods slippery slope
Westfield SEiW - in hibernation
Modified RS4 Avant - back in Blighty
S2000 GT - gone

Actually £700,000 seems a small amount for such a beautiful genuine car. I just love the flowing lines of these beauties.

Yes, absolutely without question. When I saw that particular 250GTO at Oulton Park back in '82 I was transfixed. I knew about the GTOs rarity and mystique but had no idea and indeed gave no thought as to its value, I was only 16. Its looks were everything to me and still are. Coincidentally, when I saw that example it was only four years after Nick Mason bought his GTO in 1978 for the paltry sum of £35,000 ! Considerably less than £100,000 !shuey wrote: ↑Wed Jul 21, 2021 12:19 pm Question is if the 250 was worth only 100k, would you still want it then over something else?
