If I recall correctly you remove the glove box, then the fuse board behind it can be pulled out (or down & out) and the relays are on the back. I had to swap mine over a few months ago and getting the board to drop down so I could get to the relays took a bit of effort, but easy enough once that was done.
With the glove box removed, if you lie in the footwell with your head at the bulkhead, you should be able to see the relays (just) - might give you a good idea of what needs to be done.

Man, I just can't figure it out? ... It seems solidly in place in there ANY other plastic parts or screws that NEED to be removed for the fuse board to swing out or Down? ... Thanks, Dan ...

Hmm... I do recall having to unscrew a couple of screws - but everything was pretty visible, nothing hidden. It did take a good few pulls on the panel to get it moving.

Might not be your relay, it’s common for the wiper motor itself to cause this issue

Just done my motor ......follow the Youtube tutorial .....biggest part was getting the wipers off the splines ......buy a Wiper Puller before attempting the project , they are a few £s on Ebay.My motor contacts where covered in grease from the worm gear in the motor.
Cleaned , regreased and reassembled and working perfect .
They where intermittently stopping in heavy rain and where not returning to the resting position before i sorted the motor out .
Once the Wipers arms are off its a job that can be done in an hour .

Umfaan's description of the problem sounds like what I have.
It's on Auto and then it'll just stop in random positions just above errrr the bottom?
