Apologise for what?

It is my pet hate - people advertising cars as something they are not wasting peoples time, there are quite a few about and it frustrates the hell out of me as they are trying to gain more cash for something which it is not.

I imagine whoever buys that is going to be furious when they turn up and the log book does not state Alpina - then again they have clearly done no research on what they are bidding on

Thats a bonny motor but missing an S from the badge IMO for that kind of asking price.

I'd be interested in what Argyll Andy sold his for, VO 35is cherished and loved car with top spec with all the bells and whistles included, based on that advert it should begin with a 3

Totally agree but I do wonder if people just see 35i and think it is an iS so pitch the price up there or maybe they are trying to catch out someone who is looking for an iS.

Yes, I have been talking to Andy about his, I would have loved that car but just the wrong time for me, if he had waited 12 months then I would have been knocking on his door.

Thats a shame if you wanted it, Andy's car is a great buy for the new owner and that VO is a gorgeous colour, i've never bought a car in such a bold colour but I am surprised he actually sold it, hope he doesn't regret it

I would have loved it but finances were not in place right now for quite a few reasons and I was also surprised he had sold it as it was a great car (same as True-Blue) but we all have reasons to sell.

We had a 208GTi in Power orange and SWMBO said I am not driving it and then used every day and was gutted to see it go, now we have white, black and silver so pretty boring.

A gentleman never kisses and tells. not knowing the exact spec of that blue one but I do think that if that had an S and was slightly cheaper it’d be in the ballpark but as it is, strong money
