I’ve just read the original post again

“ (one was the boss) ragging my”

I don’t think customer care will be high on his list of priorities somehow!
You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

From what I understand, he currently has no idea he has a serious problem on his hands. There might well be a different attitude once he’s aware of the situation and the potential damage to his business and reputation.

What ifs, buts and maybes are irrelevant, action and talking are the way to a likely satisfactory outcome.

And sooner rather than later!

I wonder what he would choose if he was given 2 options
1. Hand the vid evidence to the police or
2. Post the vid all over the net slating his business

Reckon, he’d take his chances with no.2 consequences of that are people may see it, or may not, and he will blame an employee who’s since been fired

No.1 might have some hefty consequences and would likely hit local press/SM at least leaving him open to no.2 in addition to police/court consequences

With 5 minutes of digging on Google from the information on their sign (from the dashcam video) there is a bit more information on this shower.
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

    F31 320i. Good car.
    E89 20i Now fully dried
Z3 'free litre'. Project and a half. Complicated!
    Mazda3 sold
Tatty old R56 Mini Cooper. Money pit!

It's not earth shattering, Fred, but I don't want to post unless Mr Butler wants to, as he has gone quiet lately on this. I get myself into enough trouble on here!
Anyone can do the same digging :poke:

    Terrible that.

You spend your whole ownership warming your car up and treating it right to have some idiot full throttle it cold.

I assume they literally just turned her on and ragged it?

I’ve read all the replies on here. I’m sorry, but forget the compensation. The right thing to do is report them to the police. There are crimes here started with driving your car without consent. The speeding and reckless/dangerous driving is a bonus.
The moral and right thing to do is report it so others don’t suffer.
