Poll: Which E86 Wheels
At the moment, my Monaco Blue coupe sits on MV2s, but she will need new tyres soon and I'm thinking of a wheel change at the same time.
All options would be 18 inch as I want to retain the ride quality.
What do you think?

Im not generally a massive fan of csl style wheels but it has to be said they suit the coupe very well but if it were my car I think from those 4 id be going with the m4 reps
if its got tits or tyres..its trouble

Looks like a clear winner here! What are the M4 reps exactly and where you planning on getting them from?

AVOID the MV2s unless you want to spend eleventy billion years cleaning them
I like the look of the CSLs but they have been done to death at this stage and are too common which puts me off so M4 it is

I would normally have said MV2 (little biased I know ) but after looking at the picture you put up, those M4 reps look awesome!

I don't think you can beat mint 108's.
But if they are tatty they spoil the whole car.

108s have their place, but not on a Monaco blue E86. The DTMs look a bit too “aftermarket”. I do like the MV2s, but the M4 CS reps look even better.
I have some rather less sporty looking 203s.

Id also go M4 reps but 19s get the right tyres ( eg SportMaxx RT2) & go 255 35 19 rear & there is no noticeable decline in ride / comfort over 18s . I tried a good few sets of wheels on my midnight blue , few ideas here

Some good advice on the 19’s and tyre combos. If I could get my hands on some ellipsoids, I think I’d probably go there too.

MV2 look classic whereas the 108 look sporty. Both suite the car.
MV2s are a PITA to clean that's for sure, and tatty 108s ruin the car very easily.
But the m4 cs reps do look good and more modern and get my vote.

M4’s look great, 108’s not so much and CSL are just gorgeous but every other Z4 has them

I voted for the M4 Reps, mainly because I like something different - that's why I put 295s on my last 3.0Si!
MV2s are shared with E46s so not exactly exclusive, and are a right PITA to clean. 108s look great but don't seem to stay that way too long, and they aren't cheap to refurb. And as sars said there are loads of Z4s with CSL Reps.
107s or 202s would look good if you want to stick to 18s.

M4 reps for me too, for all the reasons listed above!
i don't know what sizes you were after (they seem to come in 18,19 and 20 on eBay but they all seem to have offset in the 40's so may need some spacing to get them sitting flush
