Pre Facelift Fog Lights........

Post by jock156 » Wed Jul 29, 2020 2:09 pm

Hi guys n gals!

I’m having an Aero front bumper resprayed to match but I ain’t keen on the circular fog lights.

So has anyone seen any subtle mods that have been done, even a bit of mesh in the holes?

Any pics would be great!

TIA

I'm sure I've seen at least one other where they were converted to brake cooling ducts.
Possibly not essential, but may look a little better?

Failing that, a couple of machine gun barrels?

If you're not bothered with them, I'd just go full on M bumper. Aero's are quite rare, so you'd probably be able to get an M bumper plus a bit more cash on top for one.

If you dont want the fog lights at all why not get the holes filled before painting.

I did ask the body shop that, but they were concerned after time cracks would appear!

Could you just back them with black mesh similar to the lower grill?
