Has anyone used detailed online products?

Post by Robbo82 » Thu Nov 07, 2019 9:19 pm

Hi new to all this cleaning and having a scout about for products. The detailedonline stuff seemed reasonably priced ? Has anyone used ? Or should I be looking elsewhere ?

Also any tips on first bits to buy ?

Have ordered 5litres of apc meguires to start !

Will mainly focus on interior I think as weather awful and will likely get outside done by pros

Cheers Adam

I would say do some research first. Look at some videos on YouTube and see what the professionals like Jim White etc recommend or are using. Then shop around. I get most of my detailing supplies from Ebay as it's nearly always cheapest, especially if you buy bulk i.e 5 litres or more. This usually works out massively cheaper per litre (in the long run) than if you buy a single 750ml/1000ml product elsewhere. Everyone has their own favourites but some brands on my shelves at the moment include Sonax Brilliant Shine Detailer, Soft99 Fusso Coat/Kiwami, Autoglym Super Sheen/Rubber Cleaner Plus/Interior Cleaner, Carspunk Snow-foam, Collinite 845, Carpro - various, Poorboys - various, Chemical Guys - various, Farecla - various
Sterling Grey '03 2.5i SE / Infinitas Supercharger / S.M.G / Hardtop / Gloss Black 162s / Bilstein B4s / 3.0i Brakes / DLV De-Cat & Silencer / Rebuilt VANOS / Sonar 2Xcite Lights / Carbon & Alcantara Trim / M-Sport Seats / ...& Side Covers !
