Holy grail of hideous snotboxes. I found it :D
As some of you are aware I've been on the lookout for an interesting project-car to work on during the winter months.
Whilst perusing the Dutch interwebs finest emporium of tat, booty and contraband I happened upon what I consider to be the most hideous-looking excuse for an automobile that I have EVER seen!
It's called a Mega 'Club' apparently, according to the advertisement. Not much more info is given and I suspect as the dealer has literally nothing positive he can conjure up to say
Take a look and see if you agree....

Yet they're somewhat of a collectors item.
They're quite rare and have some unique features.
Thery're asking around 7-8k for them and they're in basis a citroen ax...... (with a different plastic bodyshell)
I have seen them in the flesh 4 or 5 times. It's quite an 'odd' appearence especially wiht the tent trim.
The idea was that you could convert them easily from a coupe to an 'estate' to a pickup.
I now only see that it only has a wikipedia entry in french and dutch, not in english. That pretty much describes their rarity and quirkyness.
When sold new, it was sold without doors or roof. The style of those were seperately sold/specced.
A bit like the Z1 where you could change bodypanels for colour, here you could change body panels to change the style of car.

A Burnley slapper in Magaluf with 15 pints inside her wouldn’t know the difference if being pushed into either!

This may have lifted the Nissan Murano Crosscabriolet off the bottom of my list.
