Cheers Rob will do
He’s had one replaced recently at a cost of about 500
So will check the other, and then be ditching the run flats.
People don’t know the problem run flats cause😳
That should help, although I still had one crack after changing the tyres over to normal ones
Rob
It’s a constant problem with our roads, and the bigger wheels suffer more.
As have been advised in the past on here, you can help the situation with tyre profile sizes, but as most of us don’t want 17’s on the car, it’s a problem that could always occur.
Fingers crossed, and avoid potholes whenever possible, which I try to do.

Couldn't agree more about the runflats, wish I'd done it when I first got my 35i. The transformation is remarkable, handling to ride comfort all so much better. FWIW mine is now on Michelin PS.

Another vote up for checking the rims. I've just replaced my alloys with Alpina jobbies after 3 of the OEM set developed cracks... also not helped with sticking with runflats for 18 months :headbang:

Enjoy your new ride

Four more sleeps 😀
Actually quite excited now.
If I wasn’t so old, I’d feel young again.
Hoping the m sport seats are as good as people say spent so much time finding one that had them.
The m sport model was out of budget,so glad to have found one with the seats.

seats are definitely worth the extra. I've had both and the MSport seats are much more supportive.

Now there’s a question 😳
Switched to a stubby on the E85, but may run with the whippy to start with
Am guessing having a dab radio needs a whippy to get the best reception, or does it?🤪

The issue is, the whippy does make it look like a remote control car 🙄

I dont have DAB but I beileve that there's a different aeriel for that.... someone with it might know. the stubby looks much nicer IMHO.. but we're all different, fortunately, otherwise the world would be a very uniform and boring place! :D

So are we saying if you have dab radio with s whippy you can or can’t change to a stubby?😐

Smartbear has DAB and a stubby and it works fine. Stubby is the way to go but get the OEM one as it’s thicker and looks the best.
