when does a noob stop being a noob ?

I have cracked off a few questions and comments and i got to wondering , when does a noob stop being a noob profile wise ? how do you get stars for instance ? i mean i have some apples .. do i have to promise i will be good ? no chewing gum on the teachers seat ? that sort of thing ? :poke:
If you ever think I'm off my rocker.. Just put me back in it and walk away... It's the kindest thing
My wife says I never listen - or something like that.
