Technically only an oil service is due. Services are based around the number of miles done and if insufficient miles are travelled then additional oil services are performed every 2 years.
That said however, it would be prudent to have the car checked over, so I would simply get an inspection 1 done.

Opinion? My opinion is you buy my 37k mile sapphire black M for similar money....fully specced too, nav, cruise, 10 speaker, cup holders, lekky folding mirrors....Looney wrote: ↑Sun Aug 05, 2018 3:59 pm Went today to look at a Z4MR to join the club.

Only issue is the inspection 2 is due but its completely immaculate up close, what do you guys think, i will need to add on £500/1000 for an inspection 2 but at 30,000 miles i think its a good price.
Opinions?

The merc garage sent the car back to the original bmw garage that sold it for the inspec2 Scotthall Hampshire BMW, you see the stickers are for the same place,mr wilks wrote: ↑Sun Aug 05, 2018 9:18 pmIf ins2 was 2012 it should read
2012 ins2
2014 oil
2016 ins1
2018 oil
2020 ins2
providing mileage isn't intergalactic in between of course .
How does it sound on cold start & once warmed up ? Ins2 at a Merc garage would worry me that valve clearances hadn't been done

That's a lovely looking car. I'd wager that you could buy that now and run it for 3 years and add 20k miles and you'll get back what you pay for it today.

The trouble is are the red z4mc’s worth the 2-3k premium over the other colours?

At least it appears to have had the oil changed every two years, which is good. I’d get an inspection 1 done - including valve clearances, as it should - for piece of mind.
FWIW that’s pretty much what I paid for mine over 4 years ago with 24k on the clock. Though PVR will tell you I stole it from him at that price

What date is the oil service at Bavaria Stockholm?
It looks like July 2013?
But the following service was done on Feb 2012...
Furthermore why was the car serviced in Sweden?

Fair enough that answers question 1.
However it might be worth asking the owner why it was serviced over there...
That’s a looooong drive.
