Yep, you're correct. If you check the browser console you can see the video link is not secure and is being blocked by the browser.
If you just change the "http" to "https" in the YouTube link it should work.

Don't think it will, as to embed, you use the end of the actual link, not the http/s bit - I presume something needs to be doone on the forum software with the youtube tags themselves.
