Halfords not doing too badly, thats 5 of us that have just bought them. Just goes to show how much profit they must make to be able to sell at 55% off RRP. The guy in the local halfords where I picked mine up reckons they're bringing a new line out, possibly a different colour, hence getting rid of all stock.

Got all stickers off yesterday (hair drier to warm adhesive on stickers), started making the foam tool inserts.... This will keep me busy for a while...

What inserts are you using? They seem quite expensive from halfords based on how many you'd need.

Good start. I've seen plastic trays you can buy with hundreds of holes/shapes for sockets, spanners etc. maybe worth a look too.

Damn it, why didn't I think of that Nictrix...[emoji106], yes T2FFN, seen them myself, may even go down that route myself, but at the moment the total cost for enough to do all the drawers I want to do is approx £25...

Well, just been to Halfrauds, the plastic tool trays do not fit correctly, they are approx 20mm too narrow, also they only have them for their too range, which is good, but I have an array of tools - not many of which are Halfords...

Best, but most expensive inserts...

Great for sockets, again expensive...

Probably what I'll do with some foam and some paper for <£15

I've seen some quite nice tool tray inserts made using (10-12mm thick, I'd guess) styrofoam sheets and a hot wire cutter

PerryGunn, that's pretty much what I used, just not a hot wire cutter, I used a router, going to have a good go at it tomorrow, T22FFN - can't bring myself to pay that much... They look great though [emoji106]
